About DesmosGraph
DesmosGraph is a free online graphing calculator built for students, teachers and curious minds. Our goal is simple: make plotting mathematics fast, beautiful and friction-free, on any device, without sign-ups or paywalls.
What we believe
- Visualisation is the shortcut to understanding. A picture of a function teaches more in five seconds than a paragraph of definitions.
- Tools should respect your time. Open, type, see. No tutorials required, no accounts, no nag screens.
- Mathematics should be free. The core calculator and all our tools will always be available at zero cost.
What's included
DesmosGraph hosts a full suite of free math tools:
- A 2D graphing calculator for explicit, implicit, polar and inequality plots.
- A simple 3D graph plotter for surfaces

How we stay free
We display unobtrusive advertising on the content pages (such as articles, the tutorials index and example gallery) to cover hosting costs. Our interactive tools — the calculator, 3D graph, scientific calculator, equation solver and matrix calculator — remain ad-free so that nothing distracts from your math. We never sell your data, we don't track you across the web, and our cookie use is limited to remembering your theme and graph state on your own device.
Our independence
DesmosGraph is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Desmos Studio PBC. The name "Desmos" is a trademark of its respective owner. Our domain name and brand reflect the topic of online graphing — a category that the original Desmos popularised — and we have built our own calculator from scratch with our own UI, our own engine and our own design.
