DesmosGraph is not affiliated with Desmos Studio PBC. The trademark "Desmos" belongs to its respective owner.
3. User-generated content
Equations and graphs you create on the Site are yours. We do not claim ownership over your math.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
